The Problem
Due to the recent growth of the digital and videogame industry, there's a lot of people that want to join in and learn how to play some of the most iconic games but unfortunatelly are not able because of it's level of difficulty. Since this is a field I'm really passionate about, I decided to design this website where no one feels left out. Newer is a platform where people can learn how to play videogames and it's basic mechanics.
For this project I had the chance to interview Luis Filgueira, also known as Resett on the videogames industry. He's the directive coach on Movistar Koi (e-sports well known club) at the moment. His point of view was very rewarding since I've got to have some insights on some of the most important issues on the videogames field.
The Solution
After weeks of investigation, I realised that the best way to give the solution was to create a desktop website that people can also use as a mobile app because that way it is very accesible not only for PC gamers but also for console gamers.
As for the solution, came the creation of this website that everyone can use. But I liked to keep in mind the gamer's parents as I think videogames could be an awesome way to create bonds between children and their parents, who sometimes feel disconnected when their kids start to become gamers.
